4. Meeting with Baker Hughes officials to discuss Baker Hughes roadmap for its DTV facility.

5. SIPCHEM signed the lease contract on 04 Oct 09.

6. UOP land lease contract signing ceremony expected on 13 Oct 09, during their CEO’s visit.

7. Honeywell land lease contract signing ceremony expected on 25 Oct 09.

8. Worley Parsons land lease contract signing expected in the 1^st week of December.

9. Meeting with Yokogawa officials with to discuss the nomination of the university candidates for Yokogawa projects.

10. DTV patent application process is moving with high momentum. It is worth mentioning that the culture of patenting is spreading not only amongst the faculty members but also among the students.

11. Honeywell Turki Arabia Co. Ltd, contract signed on Sunday, 25^th.

12. Meeting with officials of Shell Companies in Saudi Arabia to discuss the possibility for Shell to join DTV. DTV officials briefed them about the potential for Shell in joining DTV.
